ok stupid..no flour, no sugar..nothing white...weigh and measure..its about quantity..are we doing this diet or are we not..a little bit hurts and a lot definitely hurts..have you not tasted it all before?

You can overeat on stir fried veggies at parties..without cornstarch..or raw...that is it..remember how well you did inthe Virgin Islands..this diet will save you the day something terrible happens..it will be the only thing that will save you..900 calories a day..no more..you can eat less..but no more...
