Woke at 207.8, down 1.6 from yesterday. Got some sleep last night which helped. Still carrying extra water weight. I can feel it in my love handles. Today is normally a 650 calorie IF day. I am going to adhere to that for today but will try to limit the fat intake. Will continue Protein Sparing Modified Fasting until the end of the month, but I'm really not giving it a chance, I think. We will see what the next few days bring. Have a nice weekend, everyone! UPDATE: Broke my fast at 3:30 and weighed in at 207.4 before that. Had some chicken and now making bone broth with the carcass. UPDATE: Walked about three miles but did not get much more exercise otherwise. Low calorie burn shows that but still a good deficit due to reduced calorie intake.

I only weigh once a week and I took your advice and I,am doing the 8-16 to see if it gets my body moving, today is day 3, trying to stay on it till I get into 200#s even, so far no problems, I was reading about statins and said your body will produce ketones at extremely slow rates,,since I,am on 2 of them, figured that is why I have a slower weight loss, and my Jouney keeps going!!!
