Anyone dealing or already won against Candida Albicans Overgrowth?
I have hard time to stay away from sugar and refined grains lately :'-(

Yep! I had yeast overgrowth for most of my life. Getting sugar out was the first step. Having a hysterectomy was the second. And wheat was the third. Completely yeast free now.

It's so tough though. I try to keep it under control eating raw and avoid sugar but it takes so little to creep back strong as ever! Not fair :(

No sugar, no wheat=no yeast...sounds simple but it worked.

Worked for me too. I had yeast for most of my adult life. - an itchy mess. Now it's gone - no grains, no sugar. So much happier!
