Woke at 205.0 after a 661 calorie IF day. Targeting about 2100 calories today. UPDATE: Had a great day of eating but my son picked me up from the bus and we went over to the pub where he cooks. Had a great bunless burger and maybe a drink or two. :) Went about 100 over on calories but OK on macros. Weight shows the extra bulk!
