Okay, I want to thank Trucker Larry for initiating the 2 week Extreme Keto challenge. It's just the kick in the pants I need to get serious and climb out of my winter hibernation mode; get my keto moving again. I'm excited to see so many of us signed up!

I've never used a lemon ACV drink regularly, so I'm going to try that too. Two meals, keto, 30 minutes minimum exercise and ACV drink twice aday. Mix with support and tracking. It's a good plan! Let's do it!
