New "one day at a time" approach. Stayed on plan all day yesterday so no reason why I cannot do the same today!
Kind of boring weekend planned - errands, etc. One of these days I need to start on taxes - but why do today what you can put off until tomorrow?

LOL you sound like my DH..he always puts things off..I am used to it now but whoa I used to get so up set with him..I like the one day at a
time approach..if you do good today then you may think about it the next day..Maybe something will pop up and you will have a great weekend
besides the errands..Later...:O)

Bren - The one day at a time was suggested to me yesterday by Paula. Although the concept has been around for years (AA, etc.) I never really thought about it. Enjoy the birthday party!

"One day at a time" sounds oddly novel coming from you today, in this place where we're all looking toward the endstate. Love the plan. Have a great weekend and thanks for the PM.

Hey....I see that nice little downtick on your graph - congrat's! Moving in the right direction, along with the one-day-at-a-time plan, as well. Once you're successful on Day Two, you'll have a TREND!!!! Keep going, Buffy....I know how hard this is and you're fighting your way through.
