BEEN MOVING MORE..goood monday morning..been moving around more..yesterday first ride on trainer did a 15 mile ride in 65 min..then fell asleep in recliner about 10am..slept for an hour woke up an had salad for my lunch..after lunch heard all the neighbors cutting grass...yes april 2 and cutting grass already..geez..gonna be a long summer of cutting grass...got the yard lookin good..came inside..and set back down in recliner..an kept thinkin...i only need 10 more miles to hit my weekly ave...so went in an done my last 10 miles..ended up with 80.8 for the week..so met my goal for the week..all because of my riding yesterday..

suppose to have bad storms today..and rain most of the day..suppse to go to bike shop today with a friend and also going to get my butt measured so i can get a new saddle..my sit bones just cant seem to get comfy on saddle this year..bike shop guy thinks i need new saddle..ive tried several in the past..even the thick padded ones..and i just cant seem to find one that i can ride in for very long before my sit bones hurt..only way to ride long ways is to get off bike for a few an move around..i have to do that here in fitness room when i ride very long..

well coffee is ready once again...looking forward to that first taste of coffee...then depending on the time..gonna make some more of the cauliflower bread..gonna only fill my cupcakes with half making them more bite size..and at same time making more per batch..

Bloody hell WBH..did I ever teach you in a previous life. I just love your attitude. Attitude lessons were a must in my book. A strong and positive attitude makes you feel,act and stay strong all your days 🙋🙌

im sure in one of my previous lifes...you probably did teach me that having a positive attitude was important...just with so many negative people in the world tryin to drag you down with them...you just gotta shine brighter...
