ENOUGH WITH THE COLD AIR..goood saturday morning...geez..i was beginning to enjoy them warmer temps in march..32 with a wind chill of 27..bring back them 67 degree days..im past ready..

well ended up listening to my body yesterday an took a day off..not like i had a choice..just didnt have any motivation yesterday even with 4 cups of coffee in me yesterday morning when i have been riding..im so happy i can ride inside this year..just makes getting my riding time in so much nicer..well worth the money ..todays gonna be an inside day..went to walmart yesterday an bout only what i been eating..no cheats..and even came outta walmart spending less then i have been spending...a great day any time you can spend less..lol..

ate some pepperoni yesterday afternoon..an didnt get enough water thru me to wash all the salt out..so gonna have to wash it out today with more liquids..since i dont eat salt..doesnt take much when i do to retain it in my body..

todays plan to get on road bike/trainer an get more miles..get a workout in for the day..got calendars out other day from years in the past..3 years ago i was 2 pounds lighter then i am now..but i have more muscle on me this time then i did then...more consistent riding now compared to march of 2014..back then i wasnt able to ride everyday..had to take time off cause of the cold..

WELL COFFEE LATTE IS ONCE AGAIN GONE..thinkin about changing into riding bibs an doing a ride..get the body burning real good before i eat breakfast..

I'm happy for the cooler air. I was stuck in a traffic jam in 82 degrees yesterday! Today's high is supposed to be 67..I'll take it!

first ride 12.3 miles in 45 min..ave speed was 16.3 miles an hour..inside ride on zwift..to cold here to ride outside..

hit my 20 mile ave for the day..last ride 10.0 miles..39 min..ave speed 15.2...thats it for the day...
