We had a date night in tonight with some carry out Italian and jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks! Ate way too much of the wrong stuff. And no exercise today. But got a lot of rest!

Wrong because of the carbs or wrong because of nutritional content? Either way, the odd day of it won't matter in the scheme of things especially if you've had a fun and enjoyable day. Sometimes the mental benefits outweigh the physical detriments. Take care of yourself and Denise 👍🏻
