I upped my Curves circuit to 3x around instead of 2x this week. I'm loosing an extra 250-275 calories per visit. I really need to power burn after that eating spree over the holidays and get my weight back on track. I still find I'm overeating, mostly snacks. I need to demonstrate better control over snacking and impulse eating. Overall, I'm pleased with my exercising though. The rest will come.
