Well...Christmas and New Years have come and gone as has my shopping weekend with the girls. The gym is waiting with all that super-charged female energy and encouragement. I handed in my thesis proposal this week, and most of the chocolate is gone from the house (although there's still some at work). I should have no more excuses not to get back with the program, but I'm lacking the will somehow. After going to Curves for 12 weeks 4x/week, you'd think it would get easier, but it hasn't. I need to get mad at someone like I did at the end of last summer with dragon boating. Really though, I guess I'll just have to commit to this again so here goes. I'll commit to this in writing so I can remind myself of my promise. It's always easier for me if I know that I've written it down and committed to it. Here goes...
1. I commit to going back to Curves 4 days a week like before Christmas for 4 weeks..
2. I commit to recording everything I eat starting tomorrow for 4 weeks.
3. I will try to loose 1 lb. a week by mid February in time for vacation and not sabotage my efforts with all that yummy chocolate.

Here's to healthy eating and healthy living. I'll re-weigh myself when I get back to where I was before I got side-tracked. Go girl go.
