Woke at 217.8, down 4.2 from yesterday as I pushed a lot of water out. Had to excuse myself about five or six times at the party last night and then about three more times overnight. Decided to get my five miles in while still in a fasted state, so did not eat until after 1 pm. Made that microwave bread recipe but used a little wider bowl and then put Ghee and sugar free syrup on it. Made an outstanding pancake in two minutes! That is a handy recipe. Targeting 2400 calories today and that will still leave me a few in the bank. UPDATE: Had a slow Sunday but moving lots of water. Weighed 215.6 before dinner. Had chili for dinner and the kidney beans took me above the carb limit (plus veggies at lunch). Watching the Super Bowl with 300 calories to go and not hungry. Will do fasting day tomorrow.
