Woke at 215.2, up .4 from yesterday after a big meal last night. I'm good with that. Targeting 600 calories today. Had a bag of steamed cauliflower for lunch and that leaves me a bit more than 400 calories for dinner. Drinking a lot of coffee and water. UPDATE: Dinner at 8 pm but got five miles in first. Made it back to 211.0. Not as much water loss as yesterday, but OK with the weight. Ate 625 calories of meat and salad. Will get more fat tomorrow.
