Woke at 219.0, up 1.2 from yesterday. Drank some red wine last night and then ate two cups of cottage cheese after midnight. At least the house is clear of bad stuff for when I get a snack attack! Targeting 600 calories today but not going to include the 360 calories of cottage cheese in that total. I'll adjust my Saturday intake to accommodate that. Moved a ton of water and waste today so hopefully, my pre-dinner weigh in will reflect that. UPDATE: Did not drink as much as I wanted to today, but did OK. Walked five miles before dinner. Got a 217.8 weigh in. Ate more than I planned to (about 760 calories, not counting last night’s cottage cheese binge). Will adjust tomorrow. Macros OK.

I always find some puts my weight up. Rum and diet Coke doesn't, thankfully! Anyway it's just water weight, so....
