November 18 Journal:

Woke at 222.2, up .8 from yesterday after a large dinner out last night and an extra 500 calories. Will continue my new plan of fasting until dinner, but will eat lighter to begin to catch back up to my monthly average calorie goal. UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm and got a 220.2 weigh in before hand. Ate 774 calories to start climbing back to my calorie average for November.

I don't think eating all your calories in one sitting is a healthy idea. You might convince your body that you are in starvation mode and it will keep every bit of food you put into it. Just go back to your 5/2 and stick to the plan instead of going off track every time the opportunity arises.
