Lunch was off to a GREAT start.. and then I gave in. S**T. I'm considering just trying to fast the rest of today and then into tomorrow probably until 5:30pm. Trying to get in the mindset to do that.

Just need to keep busy.

Try a liquid fast, like black coffee, water, low calorie drinks, tea...you'll keep full and stay low on carbs and calories. I do it some times, but the key either hot or cold drinks.

I'm going to try that. Got three water bottles next to me and going to drink some tea later. I'm kinda considering just going for as long as I can until I truly feel HUNGRY. Not for the weight, but to clean house and get rid of the cravings.

Not to get too in depth, but once you get watery stools on a liquid diet, that's how you know you're cleaning yourself out. Lots of water. Stay hydrated! Good luck. I feally should put the effort into doing a liquid fast even for the simple reason of my chronic constipation ;)
