You know how you have random things in your fridge and you just don't even think about it but you eat them without recording them? Yeah, well I do. Basically have consumed an unmeasured amount of brie and many crackers "in passing" which may have affected my weight loss program this week, including bumping up water retention. Still hanging at my recorded weight, but should be weigh less than that according to my food logs but reality bites, and those bites are not helping me.

Luckily tonight I have a square dance/contradance to go to and will bring all my leftovers: gingerbread trifle, vanilla cake roll, brie, gouda, and caramel apples. Cannot have these things in my fridge!

So much for my plan, as well - went home and watched tv without setting out my food to take today so you will see the plan change based on what I have in the drawer - soup, tuna, protein powder and apples. Still a good set of choices. My breakfast will be a microwaved apple and some protein powder in coffee. Lunch will be fat-free soup and maybe some crackers from the vending machine. Afternoon snack will be tuna. I should probably account for some brie as well.

Happy Friday, though! Hope you have success today in your plan!
