haven't been able to get back on track exercising 4-5 days a week. its been two months and i get a day or two in each week but that's it. i have a lot more going on back to working. im trying though to be careful with my eating. losing my dear grandma this week has me depressed and no energy. one day at a time.

You have done so well and within 5 pounds of goal weight. Sorry to hear if your loss of dear grandma.

I been focusing on trying to eat better, not much of appetite some days. When anxiety is high i get nausea and barely can eat. I know i will through this rough time, and yes im so close to my goal! With support and encouragement from anyone will help. Have alot of stress going on in life and trying to be the strong one. I have a family that needs me. Im hanging in there one day at a time

emotional well being plays a huge part in our over all health. I recently went thru a bout of depression and didnt realize it until it had passed. I didnt want to work out either . Work on your self, the rest will come afterwards.. hang in there.

Losing a loved one is tough. Give yourself time to grieve. Stick with your plan, do the best you can, and pat yourself on the back for the successes instead of beating yourself up for the failures. There is incredible support here!
