Coffee, water and if you feel really hungry, a cup of bouillon. Usually a glass of room temperature water takes away my hunger pangs.

Water with some lemon juice in it; unsweetened herbal tea (lemon grass is one choice for its distinctive aroma); taking turns between hot and cold drinks. Maintain the brain occupied (a new project, organizing computer files perhaps); helping an elderly person or playing with a toddler. These work for me - most of the time.
