Woke at 217.2, up 1.2 from yesterday. Did have red wine last night and it did its usual great job of flushing me out. So looking forward to the results of tomorrow's 5:2 IF day without meds in my system. Targeting 2310 calories today. UPDATE: Came home at 216.4 after work. Famished and looking forward to another slice of that cauliflower pizza I made last night. But that little @$$hole of a son of mine had eaten it all! :) Appreciate the endorsement of the recipe, but I had to scrounge around for high fat items after I had the night all planned out! I did OK, but not great. Higher on protein and lower on fat than I wanted. Also, hit 53 net carbs again but a lot of it was veggies. Tomorrow is a 600 calorie IF day without any meds in my system. Will fast until dinner and then do an omelet. Hoping for some good water weight loss.

Good luck with the adjustments... I finally flushed out 4 pounds of water weight and layed of the bread and starch. I also walked my laundry back and forth at the new place, so I was drenched in sweat last night...So that help I think with the detoxing.
