Didn't do well with food this week, kind of low on calories, but I was sick and I am down a pound, so I declare that I am starting today on phase 2: 20 pounds by Thanksgiving is step number 2!
74.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
