goood sunday morning fs knees are feelin better..but decided to take one more day off an see again in the morning how they feel...been almost a month since i was off 3 days in a row..but it was raining then...i did finally figure out why i was gaining the weight...i was eating to much..yeap so simple...eating more then i was exercising...not that i wasnt exercising enough..just was eating to much..afternoon snacking..hotdog wrapped in slice of cheese...no movement to work it back off...gotta remember movement is important...every 20 minutes move my body...something so simple ...

Aww, can't we just say you weren't moving enough☺☺☺. Glad you figured out the imbalance! TAKE the day off, your knees deserve it.
