Woke at 212.0, down .2 from yesterday and a great result considering I did day one of my weekly med drip yesterday. Denise fixed my coffee yesterday and I found out she only used a teaspoon of coconut oil instead of a tablespoon so I adjusted my calories down. Bonus! Targeting 600 calories today for 5:2 IF and will do HIIT squats. UPDATE: Fasted until 7 pm, and did weighted HIIT squats before that. Got a 211.2 weigh in. Not a big drop from a waking 212.0 after fasting all day and exercising, but considering it’s day two of my meds, that is a good number. Successfully fighting off the water weight and constipation thus far. Ate 621 calories. Simmered a ton of kale for dinner in filtered water with turmeric, salt, and pepper, ate it and then drank all the juice (three large glasses). Let’s see what that does overnight.
