Well, my carb count was heavy today, but the calories stayed low. Sometimes you have to compromise. It was good to hear from HBC and I feel better about myself for reining in my appetite and food intake. It has been a really hot summer and it rains a lot. Golf has been going good and now bowling has started. It is always right to keep busy and not dwell on your next meal.
Boy has there been a lot of fatal amusement park accidents in the news lately. It makes you think about being so trusting and letting your children ride them. One child was only 3 years old, should he have been allowed to ride a roller coaster? Even with an adult? I feel bad for the parents.
