I've been AWOL. I took a four day weekend to be with out of town family. We had a wonderful visit, including a banquet and a birthday dinner. I did OK on the eating, avoiding all alcohol, desserts and bread, but nevertheless, the weight has creeped up. It doesn't take much in the way of carbs to knock out the ketosis (a bowl of berries, a serving of BBQ sauce, some salad dressing - all with hidden sugars!). We also went for a hike and did some serious work on my garden! Now it's time to begin again, get back on track.
