Monday. Back at work. Can you tell I am less than thrilled? I weighed myself Saturday night and my weight is up, but I am going to be careful this week and then weigh in at the "right" time on Saturday morning - gotta focus!

I am down 10 pounds at least from starting with FS last April - talk about slow and steady! At this rate I'll be 25 pounds lighter after a year? Sounds great actually!

Thank you to Madaboutmoose for suggesting the fabric for my ceiling - I have a whole new scheme to refurbish using fabric panels and I think it is going to work out great! With just my daughter and me at home these days I realize I have to have a better plan for my future and I have to get all my ideas organized. I had a down day yesterday, but then my husband came over to take our daughters out for lunch and I remembered why this is better now! I am probably sensitive to negativity, but he seems to have a way to annoy me just by asking how I am.

I havd a very tasty breakfast, but I am going to check out how many calories it was before I figure out what to have for lunch! Hope you all have a good week!

Slow is always better for us although we always like to have things right now. You have been working hard and you are doing great. I am glad you and your daughter are adjusting well. Another slow and steady thing. Take care Abba! I hope the day goes fast for both of us. I am not in a work mood today either. Too many days off and I am still in day off mode! lol

Funny how yesterday I ate more calorie wise than I did Thanksgiving but I'll just wait til my next weigh in to see what damage I did. But look on the bright side on how many people are throwing in the towel til after New Year's so consider yourself special and I'm sure what little weight you've gained you'll lose it real quick like.

Every once in a while I guess I must have a good idea!! LOL!!! Slow and steady is absolutely perfect Abba!!! You've done well in many ways, not just weight.

I think your slow and steady attitude is great! We get so wrapped up in the day to day drops sometimes we fail to see the long term results are so huge! Good for you! :)

First - congratulations on the ten pound loss! Second - thanks for reminding us all that slow and steady is the RIGHT way to lose. We will keep the weight off longer if we lose it gradually. I am terrible about putting a deadline or due date on my weight loss.
