Monday. Back at work. Can you tell I am less than thrilled? I weighed myself Saturday night and my weight is up, but I am going to be careful this week and then weigh in at the "right" time on Saturday morning - gotta focus!
I am down 10 pounds at least from starting with FS last April - talk about slow and steady! At this rate I'll be 25 pounds lighter after a year? Sounds great actually!
Thank you to Madaboutmoose for suggesting the fabric for my ceiling - I have a whole new scheme to refurbish using fabric panels and I think it is going to work out great! With just my daughter and me at home these days I realize I have to have a better plan for my future and I have to get all my ideas organized. I had a down day yesterday, but then my husband came over to take our daughters out for lunch and I remembered why this is better now! I am probably sensitive to negativity, but he seems to have a way to annoy me just by asking how I am.
I havd a very tasty breakfast, but I am going to check out how many calories it was before I figure out what to have for lunch! Hope you all have a good week!
