Woke at 207.2, up 1.6 from yesterday after a 2385 calorie day that included some extra carbs and lots of sodium. Will try to get in a workout later but as it's Mother's Day, we are going out for dinner and a movie. Should be targeting 1502 calories to get back on track, but will see how we do. Will do a 600 calorie day on Monday, and then whatever remaining adjustment as needed on Tuesday. Happy Mother's Day, moms! UPDATE: Saw The Jungle Book, which was excellent. Then went to our local BBQ joint, Lefty’s. Denise shared some of her Mother’s Day gift with me at the movies (dark chocolate). So, ended up at 2000 calories for the day. Will attempt to do a 600 calorie fast day tomorrow, but I’m teaching a class all day, so I’ll probably shift my eating to breakfast and lunch to ensure I am bright and cheery for the class! Got on the treadmill at 8:30 pm to get in my 6 miles. Ended up at 205.4 for the day.
