I gained 2 pounds yesterday! I would not have recorded this except I had to do a weigh-in for one of my challenges.

I had no treats, added no new foods, exercised, etc. If I'd known this I would have eaten the pie and ice cream.

Other than the weight gain, yesterday was real nice. Even found time to take the dog to the park.

Bren - Our dog is little and we have a 3/4 acre lawn so he doesn't need to be taken for walks - but he loves to go - he'll go anywhere, anytime. Just the opposite of our husbands!

Nonna - Yes, and I forgot to thank you. Didn't have them for breakfast yesterday but will today. It is after 9 and I am starving!

Buffy don't worry about the 2lbs, just water. Glad you had a great day with hubby and your dog. Hope you relaxed & enjoyed everything !

OK, I was a bit worried till I read the rest of the posts here, you know you didn't really gain 2 pounds, but darn it all...I know! Glad you had a great day without the pie & ice cream! Take the dog for another walk & enjoy your Saturday!

GG - Thanks for your concern. That nice smooth graph is pure luck - weight will go up and down all week but usually hits down for weigh-in.

Buffy, you simply forgot to tell your body about the change in weigh-in days! LOL!! It thought it had until Sunday. Anyway, you know it can't be a true gain. Now that your body is aware of the change in days for a weigh-in, I'm sure it will comply nicely by next week's weigh-in. Have a good weekend.

What? Mr. scales is over at Buffy's house now? He gets around, even with his crabby personality. Buffy I'm sure those phantom pounds will just as quickly disappear. Have a wonderful Sunday!
