day 2 of returning to a healthier me just getting up and getting my day started..having my green tea with protein mixed in...figured around my left knee it would be hurting this am...but to my surprise no discomfort...actually after my walk yesterday had no problem with it the whole day...was surprised..i have been wearing the ace brace to give it the support it needs thru the day ...suppose to rain tonight into tomorrow might have to take a day off, but hate to just starting over an getting into a habit...gotta get...dont want to miss my walk...

back from my 35 minute walk and my time to think of how i got back into old habits...knowing that its harder to work off the older one gets..not as active, so weight doesnt come off as fast as it once did..part of life...just have to stick with a plan that i know works for me..suppose to rain tomorrow and again sunday...but if its not when i get up...i will try an do my 35...have to wait an see...
