It was a horrible weekend. I felt like there was no support. There were brownies,cookies, plus other carb foods.i did horrible. And i cant exercise with everyone home. I feel like a fat cow now.
My motivation is low this morn. Im feeling down about my weekend. Im trying to talk myself into feeling more motivated. Not to give up...idk i feel like i have to do a tougher workout today, maybe it will help me feel better and get some motivation back. Gona try t25 cardio..not my favorite. Still looking for my insanity dvd. Would be nice to have someone in my life i could get support from.

Eating right and doing the proper things is so hard to do, we never know how to accept disappointment, however being over weight is hard also Clothes do not fit, we are out of breath, it is hard to move and we have aches and pains that we cannot expling. You are not a fat cow at all Erink, you cannot make those see who are blind to your struggles and frustrations. Hang in there, your wonderful future is ahead of you not behind you.

It's so hard when others don't have a weight problem or they just don't care! Hang in there, your Real life friends/family might not have a clue, but us FS friends know exactly how you feel. Keep your chin up, start again today!

Forget about it - 2 days is .005 of a year. You sound frustrated - but give some thought to how you can change the script to what YOU want to happen when you encounter this situation again - as maybe you might? Not many people have good support at home so that's why we're here. Yes, it's a little disappointing that family members aren't helpful but no one is all things to all people.

this happens to me all the time.. so know your not alone.. 1. Just pick up where you left off before the brownies.. I cheat all the time. and always "restart". 2. Leave your house if you need to for excersise.. I started my journey with 20 m walks at the park across the street. Or find a buddy. or take your phone and call someone while you walk.. It helps the boredom of walking alone. And 3. Most important.. Move forward , never back.. you got this. Do this for you and no one else..

The key is you know that you need to "restart" and you will! And you came on FS to vent and we are here for you!

Thank you all so much! It is a struggle and im frustrated. I was so fired up last week it was awesome! So i did restart this morn. Not pleased with my workout because t25 hurts my knees. Even with modify version. Maybe i should just stick with my tae bo workouts. I love those! So even tho i did about 20 min this morn, i dont feel completely satisfied. Why? Hope tomorrow im feeling more positive. Far as my weekends, i dont exercise in front of anyone because from passed experience comments were made. So i hate exercising in front of people. You guys are right, i can do this! And i love and thank you for all your support!

Oh Honey we all have those days- trust me!!! I go through stages like oh just this one piece of cheesecake, next thing I am making turtle brownies, reeses pieces cookies- like I can't get off the junk food train. Then I straighten up, eat healthy, clothes start to fit better, etc. I have an elliptical and treadmill at my house because I found the hardest thing for me was just getting to the gym. There are still days I don't want to exercise so I have started telling myself ok, just 20 minutes on the treadmill and sometimes it feels so good it turns into 45. Don't be so hard on yourself- I think you are adorable!
