Greetings my Best Buddies!
It's been a strange couple of days - I have kept my net carbs low but found myself craving carbs. Sort of a weird feeling...typically I would crave if I had indulged - but I didn't. It is probable I felt the need for more carbs to meet my needs at the gym...but now the feelings have passed! Whew!
CURRENT GOALS: March/April * Idiot Box consistent weight of 165 by May 6 * Bodyfat at 27% by May 6 (last reading 27.9%) * Macros consistent: Average 65%-70% fat, 23%-26% protein and 9% (or less) carbs, with NET carbs always less than 20 grams daily * Consume more fiber within the daily carbs macro * Continue to lift heavier at gym – increase reps on heaviest weights * Continue HIIT during cardio work * Do the “crab” move by May 6 – I know what this means
LONG RANGE GOALS: 2016 * Bodyfat at 25% or less (24%) * Idiot Box at 153-158 (85-90lbs lost) * Increased strength and flexibility

HCB when I did full blown original Atkins sometimes I just got the carb craving, but it normally went a way. Try and do a couple of those crabs I bet it will go away :D you are one of the most delightful and inspiring ladies I know.

My trainer tells me sometimes your body craves something because its telling you something missing. During my whole 30 I kept getting headaches around lunch. My morning was typically very low carb- eggs, bacon, green beans and black coffee. He had me add carbs to my lunch. Some potato and a piece of fruit. That alone helped my headaches. Strange huh

Oh! BTW even adding those carbs I stayed around 50-70 net carbs which isn't that bad :)
