Woke at 211.2, up .4 from yesterday morning. Still having movement issues. Added fiber yesterday. Going into a day of back to back meetings so not much exercise probably. Wearing compression leggings to see if that helps with the edema. UPDATE: Three beers at a happy hour put me up by 450 calories (and way over on carbs). But I did 38 minutes on the treadmill when I got home to hit a total of 6.5 miles and 11K steps. So I sweated some of it off. Hit 209.0 after that. Not sure I’ll be able to make up that calorie overage in one day tomorrow, but let’s see how we do. The compression leggings worked great.

Don't forget to drink your Smooth Move tea! I will also eat a sweet potato to help with this. Hope the leggings do the trick and your meetings go well.

Thanks, Jim and Tammy! I had three beers at a happy hour tonight so I went over on my calories. Will make those up over the next few days. Still did a workout so mitigated the effect.

Well, beer does have a diuretic effect. So maybe it'll help? If not I'm sure it was great going down. :)

Hi, Jim! It absolutely had that effect! (And also a nice draft beer laxative effect!) Very effective. Will keep it in mind if red wine fails me again!
