Now I have arthritis in my feet and hip. The number one relief for the pain is weight loss. Guess who is being good at eating carefully?

Couple of things you may want to check into. Turmeric and Cissus Quadrangularis. Turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory with higher bio-availability when taken with Black Pepper. Cissus, will help with cartilage repair. Both are available on Amazon and elsewhere. Among other things I have an arthritic left-knee, and the combination of these two has been fantastic.

This sounds like a great combination. I take Tumeric and L-Glutathione every day to curb some daily pain I have for the past few months and it has worked perfectly.

If you take Turmeric...add in that Black Pepper, it's even sold with this combination. The Black Pepper really gives it a boost.

I gained a couple of pounds and my arthritis flared up. I'm on a mission too to get the weight off. I've heard good things aabout Turmeric. I find Yoga to be extremely beneficial for countering arthritis pain in my back.

Kyolic brand Curcumin (the active agent in Tumeric) has many options with garlic and I believe black pepper for all types of ailments. I have tried many brands and am now taking a Swanson vitamins brand with a multivitamin every day. It has been working wonders and I stay energized with that and the right kinds of food. For arthritis flareups, try anti- inflammatory foods.

There is an extra powerful form of Turmeric called Circumin. It is very expensive. I take it daily with food. Hi, abbadabba! Many, many months since I have heard from you as I have been off here. I own a new townhouse condo now. My mom passed nearly two years ago, and I am self-publishing my first of many completed books in March. Be well, glad to see you on here. I am eating less and I need to exercise more too. I live in Westfield now, in western Mass.
