My major accomplishment this week is getting Christmas packages wrapped, not done, but closer than I was. WOE is going smooth. My treat this week is Macadamia nuts. They are so dang expensive, but so good! I was supposed to go to the doctor for my monthly weight loss check in and forgot the appointment. So aggravated with myself! I was going to ask about going off the cholesterol meds. Has to wait until next Monday.

I love macadamia nuts. I did the fat fast and that's what I ate. I've been thinking I need to look online and see if buying bulk would be any cheaper....
