Been so busy I haven't even taken the time to journal and then time slips away from me. Still with the LCHF thing .. incorporating a little daily exercise -- will build up gradually. I'm not in any hurry. I enjoyed the journey to obesity and now I fully intend to enjoy the journey back to health with carefully selected "cheat" days once I reach my final goals. I had scheduled myself a cheat day recently and passed it up. For one, I'm seeing such good results with this new lifestyle change that I didn't want to mess up my newly reset metabolism with a free-all-u-can-eat-whatever-day and have to start over; and, For two, I'm actually so satiated with my new meal choices that I don't have the cravings now.
I am still seriously addicted to chocolate, BUT I've found ways to infuse my new lifestyle with it so that I'm satiated there as well. Who knew that chocolate was a low carb/high fat food with a really good iron content along with a few other goodies like potassium, vitamin c and magnesium. mmmmmmm
Well .. back to work .. so many orders .. so little time.
