Hey, I'm getting good at this. Based on how I felt, I estimated I took on about four pounds of water after last night's holiday party. Bingo. 218.4 was the waking weigh in, up 4.2 from yesterday's already elevated weight. For some reason, it's in the mid-60s here in DC on December 12, so I'm going out for a six mile HIIT walk/run to begin to get back on track. Drank a nice concoction of coffee, coconut oil, and protein powder for energy. Off we go!

Drat both of you! I'm living in Arizona and the high today is 51, its raining (love that part) and I'm drinking beef broth to warm up! Enjoy your day...I'm going back to bed :D

Enjoy the walk .... I think it's warmer there than here in the desert .... it's cool and cloudy here today. Possibly in the 60's, which is a wintery day for us.

It was spectacular out there! Dropped about five of the extra pounds but will show a gain on my official weigh in today.
