I had cabbage steaks only once and LOVED them!!!

OK, this a new one for me. I have never had cabbage steaks, and not sure exactly what they are. Kinda like "unstuffed cabbage" that my wife makes. I didn't know a person could stuff a cabbage. I am assuming that the cabbage is sliced thick and then grilled with a little EVOO and spicing to make a cabbage steak.
