It's almost 6pm and my eating has been fine today. Just 1 slice of rye toast and that was around 3pm. I'm done with eating for the day and am living on cough drops. Feeling lousy. Throat has felt funny for a couple of days and I keep getting a dry cough. Thought it was allergies and Zrtec helped with stuffiness until today. So cough, scratchy throat, stuffy nose and now chills! No fever so far.
Would love it if I had an excuse not to go to PT tomorrow. Planning the same food tomorrow as today, maybe I'll substitute something for tomato soup.

Thanks Morticia. Still sick this morning. Developed a headache last night. Really, tired even after sleeping all night. I can always tell I'm sick when I can't drink coffee. Managed half a cup but don't like the taste. I think it's probably a cold. Since Covid I haven't been sick with all the mask wearing and avoiding crowds,etc I cancelled PT and now wonder if I should cancel the appointment with the real estate agent tomorrow and the orthopedist on Friday and lunch with friends on Saturday. Usually I have nothing going on but my calendar is full right now!
