Way over on carbs today at 45 net. Ate an apple and a small pork cutlet that had been floured, fried and smother baked. I scraped off as much of the coating as I could so maybe didn't have quite that many carbs, but we shall see what the idiot box says in the morning. Enjoying my house full of company!! Lots of cooking and visiting going on.
