Another burger 😱 lean ground beef , crumbled blue cheese , hickory smoked bacon on a toasted English muffin. 12.5 hour work day so I didnt calculate the calories so my guess is about 250 😁.

wifey9707 my wifey informed me it was 10 ounces of 93/7 ground beef so I'm thinking you might be right on the money with the 249 calories guesstimate for total cals

Calories probably a little over 400, but regardless, good meal and way to work hard all day!

Oh, I was thinking less than 200🤷‍♀️

It’s more than 250 for your total meal but that’s a good thing when you are working so hard! Looks great!

Idk guys Lots of controversy regarding the calories of this meal so here's the math I used ((400×93%)+120+(100×30%)/2) =261. 400 original calories for 10 ozs of beef but its 93/7 so you only count 93 percent of it so we are left with 372 plus 120 for the bun so 492 then we calculate the percentage of the cheese that wasnt blue because my body will reject the moldy stuff so 70 percent of the 100 cheese calories are lost leaving us with 522 calories divided by two for the two added slices of bacon because of ketosis leaving me with 261 calories so I guess I was under by 11 calories. Sadly I used my fingers to get the muffin out of the toaster had I used a net I could have used net carbs instead and came in under my 250 calorie budget

You nut. The net part 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😆😆😆😆😆😆😆

Shit, I haven't been using a net to catch and calculate my carbs, thank goodness you're here otherwise I'd be doing it all wrong! 🥅🍞
