Woke at 214.8, down 1.0 from yesterday. Happy hour tonight so maybe no workout again. Targeting 1935 calories. UPDATE: Did not eat too badly and actually had a slight calorie deficit despite six IPA beers that totaled 1250 calories. Ate three mini sliders, a few chicken wings, and a few bites of "Poutine," a delicious french fry casserole of sorts. No weigh in tonight but here are the macro numbers.
