Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

Rained all night….but lest it was warm enough not to be ice like yesterday morning…3 more hours and it’s over for a few….warner temps for a change…

Ride yesterday..was a hill ride…would have been nice to finish it..but ..after almost 2 hours..I was done…other things to do…

Riding with someone this morning..to a storage shed to move some light things…so might just do upper body this morning….for me…just getting out…seeing the changes of what’s on the road…

Learning about anxiety and depression…a friend has it…so learning all I can about it…

Positive energy and thoughts to all..
