ok, so I printed out the Focus T25 workout schedule...it's a step closer to getting off my but lol wanna try start tomorrow 😃 even if I only can do half the workout, it's a start!

Well I did one day last week. Between my sister visiting from Colorado then I got sick that's all I did. I'm still getting better.not fully yet. But now I'm trying to catch up on laundry,cleaning... Always something
