well my fiance keeps dropping weight like crazy. he has lost like three times more in same amount of time. I cook home made meals low sodium ,rather box stuff. I have at least a cheat moment like last night. I had a small amount of ice cream. instead of a large bowl I use a coffee cup. tonight Kids are going to their aunts house. the family having a Halloween party for all the kids. gonna be hard not to eat junk. I'll do my best
