Woke at 216.6, down 4.4 from this time yesterday. Will duplicate the day. Targeting 1932 calories. Ate just under 1200 during the day at work. UPDATE: Came home and immediately went out to dinner at Silver Diner for a teacher fundraiser with my wife and son. Ate the California Omelet (and snuck in a few bourbons first -- long day!) Came home and weighed 220.4... pretty happy as that was close to my PRE-dinner weight from last night. May not get a chance to work out as I had to bring some work home that will keep me going for a while. Ended up eating 2169 calories because the Silver Diner menu said the entire platter (omelet, wheat toast, and fruit cup) were 642 calories, but Fat Secret only had the omelet itself at 431. When I added in the other stuff individually, I exceeded the total. Of course, the bourbon and a bit of extra avocado were extra! :)
