Happy 😃 happy 😃 rainy Friday….

Yesterdays ride….43 miles in 3 days…keeping on track once again…butt is getting calloused over once again for longer rides….my average of what I want to hit each week..is 50-70 miles…1-2 days recovery time….

Yesterday as I look back …was different…well different in the way I seen it thru my eyes…not really sure how to explain it…just seemed to notice things more…picking up on what was going on more then usual… like I was opening to ?

More rain today..cooler temps at night…0… or close…

We’l … almost time to head to breakfast…
