Happy 😃 happy 😃 Christmas Eve…

51 at the moment….Santa be bringing his own snow under his sled this year…cause no snow here …

Ride yesterday in New York…climbing hills..after doing 7 mile walk day before…just was to much…lol..30 minutes..I was tired….

Decided last night at supper…3 meals a day…just extra food I don’t need…and …the noise of everyone talking…that late in the day…for me..to much noise…so back to 2 meals…which I really prefer….

Upper body today..along with 5-6 mile walking over the next few hours…not gonna push it….after all it’s a holiday almost…lol…

Good job. I don’t know if you’re going to be able to go to New York and walk on the actual Highline but if you ever go to New York, please make sure you walk the entire Highline all the way from Chelsea market to Hudson yards. It’s an amazing walk. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas.🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
