OMG! I just saw Jack Lalanne on the Jay Leno show - he is my idol! I thought Jack was dead but he is going to be 95 this Saturday - same birthday as my crazy sister, but I forgive him anyway. He looks kind of scrawny, but he is pretty old, so I have to give him credit for still walking!
I just don't know what to think about that: first the donuts, then Jack Lalanne. Huh. I don't think it means anything.
I ate a lot of treats today, and a huge lunch, but I skipped dinner because I was so stuffed from lunch.
