Final day of the month. Woke at 216.8, up .8 from yesterday. Came home after happy hour at 217.4, up 1.0 from yesterday. Not doing a workout tonight, so showing 3-5 more pounds than normal. Did a lot of walking today, so a good calorie burn and a good calorie deficit. Going to bump it up to 2370 calories per day in October to see how we do eating a bit more.
