Happy 😃 happy 😃 colddddd Monday….

Steps yesterday came easy….after 1 ☕️ and ag1/protein mix… ☕️ first…lol…between walks..I did resistance bands…gave my legs a brief rest….the plan is the same today…but until the first lap thru…won’t know how my legs/knees feel…
